Dallas Hired is actively recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible cardiologist for a direct-hire opportunity with a reputable healthcare system in the vibrant Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. 

Job Title: Cardiologist (Direct Hire)
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $350,000 - $450,000 annually + production bonus & comprehensive benefits Employment Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Outpatient & Inpatient (Hospital Call).

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a blend of outpatient clinic duties and inpatient responsibilities, including hospital call. Join a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care to adult patients, including diagnosis and management of various cardiac conditions. Conduct patient consultations and interpret diagnostic tests (ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, Holter monitoring, etc.).

Perform inpatient rounds and consultations as required.
Participate in the hospital's cardiology call rotation. Collaborate with primary care physicians, cardiac surgeons, and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems (Epic preferred).
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based practices in cardiology.
Stay current with advancements in cardiovascular medicine and adhere to all relevant regulatory guidelines. Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology.
Active and unrestricted Texas medical license (or ability to obtain).
DEA license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
A minimum of 1 year of post-fellowship clinical experience in Cardiology preferred.
Demonstrated strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $350,000 - $450,000/year, depending on experience and sub-specialty.
Annual production bonus potential based on RVU targets.
