Requirements

 Requirements
  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certification in a recognized medical specialty
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
  • 10+ years of clinical experience, with 5+ years in executive medical leadership (CMO, Associate CMO, or Medical Director)
  • In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, medical staff governance, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

  • $390,000-$510,000 base salary per year

  • Oversee the credentialing, performance, and engagement of the medical staff

  • Foster an environment of evidence-based practice, innovation, and clinical excellence
