Dallas Hired is partnering with a leading healthcare provider in the Dallas area to find an experienced and compassionate registered nurse (RN) for a full-time direct-hire opportunity. This role is perfect for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values long-term professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor, assess, and document patients' conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety procedures
- Support new staff and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience (acute care preferred)
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- EMR/EHR proficiency (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
